アパレル製造の現場において、工賃の算出根拠は長らく不透明な状態が続いてきました。

しかし、2025年に岐阜県の最低賃金が1,000円を超え、あらゆるコストが上昇する現在、私たちは技術そのものに対する適正な評価基準を設けるべきだと考えています。

私たちが提唱する分単価の基準は、あくまで熟練した職人がミシンを動かし、形を作り上げるための純粋な技術料金（加工賃）を指します。

他産業の技術料との比較

世の中の技術職における、1分あたりの技術料（売値ベース）と比較すると、縫製業界が直面している課題が見えてきます。

・自動車整備・板金（ディーラー等）

130円 〜 170円 / 分（1時間あたり 7,800円 〜 10,200円）

高度な国家資格と設備を背景とした技術料の基準です。

・金属加工・機械加工（町工場）

80円 〜 120円 / 分（1時間あたり 4,800円 〜 7,200円）

精密なモノづくりを支える製造業の標準的な水準です。

・一般的な縫製工場（現状）

50円 / 分（1時間あたり 3,000円）

これが現在の縫製業界の多くで見られる数値ですが、最新の設備投資や若手の育成を継続するには、極めて厳しい状況にあります。

私たちは、持続可能な国内縫製を守るため、以下の3つの技術料ラインを設定しています。

・高付加価値ライン：80円〜 / 分（1時間あたり 4,800円〜）

対象：小ロット、サンプル制作、特急対応、高難度アイテム

1枚のサンプルに込める技術と、柔軟な機動力に対する適正な評価です。

・適正ライン：70円 / 分（1時間あたり 4,200円〜）

対象：通常ロットの量産

職人が安定した品質を維持し、設備を更新し続けるための標準的な水準です。

・年間契約ライン：60円 / 分（1時間あたり 3,600円〜）

対象：大量生産 ＋ 年間契約

長期的なパートナーシップに基づいた特別価格。これ以下での受注は、日本のものづくりの未来を削ることと同義であると考えています。

技術料金と諸経費の分離について

ここで重要なのは、上記の金額はあくまで縫製作業そのものに対する対価であるという点です。健全な事業運営を継続するため、技術料金とは別に、以下の実費および諸経費を別途計上させていただきます。

・運送費用（原材料の引き取り、製品の納品にかかる送料）

・副資材調達費（糸、芯地、ボタンなどの手配代行）

・梱包・検品諸経費

・管理事務手数料

これらを技術料と明確に分けることで、ブランド様にとっても何にいくらのコストがかかっているのかという透明性を確保し、納得感のある取引を目指します。

The Value of One Minute

In the world of apparel manufacturing, the basis for calculating labor costs has long remained opaque. However, as the minimum wage in Gifu exceeded 1,000 yen in 2025 and all operational costs continue to rise, we believe it is time to establish a fair evaluation standard for technical expertise.

The per-minute rates we propose refer strictly to the Technical Service Fee (processing fee) required for skilled artisans to operate machinery and bring a garment to life.

Comparison with Other Technical Industries

Comparing the per-minute technical fees (on a sales basis) of other skilled industries reveals the challenges currently facing the sewing industry.

・Automotive Maintenance and Bodywork: 130 to 170 JPY / minute (7,800 to 10,200 JPY per hour). This is the standard for industries requiring high national certifications and significant equipment investment.

・Metalworking and Machining: 80 to 120 JPY / minute (4,800 to 7,200 JPY per hour). This is the standard level for precision manufacturing in Japan.

・General Sewing Factories (Current State): 50 JPY / minute (3,000 JPY per hour). This is the current average in the sewing industry, which makes it extremely difficult to maintain equipment investment or train the next generation.

To protect sustainable domestic manufacturing, we have established the following three technical fee tiers:

・High Value-Added Line: 80 JPY and up / minute (4,800 JPY and up per hour)

Applicable to: Small lots, sample production, urgent orders, and high-difficulty items. This represents a fair evaluation of technical translation and the flexibility required for specialized pieces.

・Standard Line: 70 JPY / minute (4,200 JPY and up per hour)

Applicable to: Regular lot production. This is the standard level required for artisans to maintain stable quality and for the factory to continue investing in equipment.

・Annual Contract Line: 60 JPY / minute (3,600 JPY and up per hour)

Applicable to: Mass production with an annual contract. This is a special rate based on long-term partnerships. We believe accepting orders below this level would compromise the future of Japanese craftsmanship.

Separation of Technical Fees and Operational Expenses

It is important to note that the amounts above cover only the actual sewing process. To ensure healthy business operations, the following actual costs and overheads will be billed separately from the technical fees:

・Transportation costs (Shipping for raw materials and finished products)

・Material procurement fees (Sourcing thread, interlining, buttons, etc.)

・Packing and inspection expenses

・Administrative management fees

By clearly separating these from the technical labor fee, we ensure transparency so that brands understand exactly what they are paying for, leading to a more reliable and mutually beneficial partnership.

Pride and Future in Technical Expertise

While technicians in other industries are valued at approximately 100 JPY per minute, we believe sewing is an equally valuable profession. Establishing a standard of 70 to 80 JPY per minute, supplemented by appropriate overheads, is the only way to preserve Japanese sewing techniques and continue creating world-class garments.
